Every generation has its own set of norms and standards that help shape important aspects of their life, from how they define success to the way they approach relationships and navigate societal expectations. But the truth of the matter remains that there are many values boomers think is important that mean nothing to young people today. Whether they see those values as outdated or unachievable, younger generations are rejecting some of baby boomers' top priorities in favor of their own. So, sit back and have a listen and see if you agree.

Some TV commercials stick with us like that old piece of gum under your high school desk—except in a good way. For Boomers, certain ads aren’t just thirty-second blips on a screen; they’re cultural touchstones that defined an era. Whether it’s a jingle you can’t shake or a catchphrase that still makes you smile. Today we will test the memory of two fellow Baby Boomers (My wife and her sister or simply known as the Sisters). So sit back and listen and see if you can remember any of these TV Commercial gems

Some childhood rules felt completely arbitrary at the time—downright bizarre, even. But as adults, we look back and realize our parents weren’t just making up nonsense for their own entertainment. There was logic behind the madness, even if we rolled our eyes back then. Here are rules that once seemed ridiculous but now feel like strokes of genius.

PE class for us Baby Boomers was hard-core! For the class jocks, it was the one guaranteed A. For the rest of us, it was like a horrible social experiment gone wrong. It was 45 minutes of humiliating torture that left us sweaty, smelly, and out of breath for the next class and reinforced Darwin’s concept of survival of the fittest. From the unflattering gym uniforms and communal showers to the endless laps demanded by our frustrated what to be NFL coach PE teacher, gym class is one high school memory most of us would prefer to forget.

Some say art imitates life, then again others say life imitates art. This is the case with us Baby Boomers. Because, by in large, Baby Boomers were the first youth movement to fight for racial equality. As the Baby Boomers began to march and made their voices heard, Hollywood soon followed. So, sit back and listen to some of the movies that influence us Baby Boomers, and the movies that were influence by the Baby Boomers.
